Using the Shop and Payment
The product tabs can be found along the top of the page and once choose will allow
you to purchase bracelets earrings, necklaces and accessories online. The ‘Your
Products’ option is only available to customers who have ordered additional services
e.g. bespoke items.
A secure online payment system is provided by Nochex where you can pay by credit
or debit card. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque. All items are subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods are not available.
Postage and Packing
The costs of postage and packing within the UK are included within the price. Delivery
timescales are subject to product availability and the postal service, we aim to
deliver within 7 days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately
to arrange an alternative date or a refund.
Postage and packing costs cannot be refunded.
Returns Policy
You can return any item for a refund (minus the postage costs) provided you have
the receipt or an exchange, as long as it is unused/damaged and returned within
30 days. Milly Swire will not be liable for any loss or damage occurring through
return.
You must notify Milly Swire immediately of any items which arrive damaged.
Please note refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers.
